Origin’s Story
Origin was founded on a simple belief: design is more than the image. A moment. A feeling. The way a space is understood.
Over time, this approach has established Origin as a trusted partner to institutional owners, operators, and brands. Work with organizations such as L&L Holding Company, Columbia Property Trust, and Netrality reflects a focus on long-term value and the evolving role of workplace and amenity-rich environments. Partnerships with operators including For Five Coffee Roasters and Balos Hospitality Group are built through repeat collaboration, shaped by creativity and a dedication to quality.
Our foundation draws from earlier work on large-scale projects such as 3737 Market Street and 3675 Market Street with Wexford Science & Technology and the Cambridge Innovation Center, and the development of hospitality-driven workplace and collaboration environments at Convene. Landmark projects include 101 Greenwich Street, 4 Times Square, 530 Fifth Avenue and 225 Liberty Street which define early models of flexible, choice-based space before those ideas became widespread.
Led by Founder and CEO Kevin Denlinger, Origin employs and partners with design professionals across strategy, architecture, interior design, procurement, and brand design to re-imagine the future of the built environment and to create spaces that propel businesses and their people forward.
