Origin’s Story
Origin was founded on a simple belief: design is more than the image. A moment. A feeling. The way a space is experienced.
Over time, this approach has established Origin as a trusted partner to institutional owners, operators, and brands. Work with organizations such as L&L Holding Company, Columbia Property Trust, White & Case, and Netrality reflects a focus on long-term value and the evolving role of workplace and amenity-rich environments. Partnerships with operators including For Five Coffee Roasters, Sodexo and Balos Restaurants Group are built through repeat collaboration, shaped by creativity and a dedication to quality.
Our foundations draw from earlier work on projects such as 3737 Market Street and 3675 Market Street with Wexford Science & Technology with the Cambridge Innovation Center, the Sainsbury Wing of the Ashmolean Museum with Metaphor, and leading the development of hospitality-driven workplace and collaborative workplace environments at Convene. Landmark projects include the 101 Greenwich Street, 4 Times Square, 530 Fifth Avenue and 225 Liberty Street which define models of flexible, choice-based environments before those ideas became widespread.
Led by Founder and CEO Kevin Denlinger, Origin employs and partners with design professionals across strategy, architecture, interior design, procurement, and brand design to re-imagine the future of the built environment and to create spaces that bring people together.
