You care deeply about human-centered design, sustainable strategies, and smart, efficient workflows. And most of all, you’re excited to help shape a new kind of design firm.

Your Experience //

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

• 3–7 years of experience in commercial office, mixed-use, hospitality, or retail projects

• Strong understanding of all phases of design—from Programming through Construction Administration

• Expertise in finishes, furnishings, lighting, and materials that elevate spatial experience

• Deep knowledge of FF&E, fixtures, and treatments

• Passion for the arts and storytelling through design

• Collaborative spirit and professional work ethic

• Skilled in digital visualization tools

• Proficient in Revit (including A360 collaboration), Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam
