For Terminal Warehouse, we partnered with leadership and operators to develop a cohesive building activation plan. Taking into account this 1.3M sf multi-tenant landmarked building, we calibrated the conferencing and event facility, revised the fitness offering, developed community activations infrastructure, and reinforced the food and beverage retail strategy.
